She was still explaining though somewhat reluctantly and Ronon let her. Ronon had arrived with someone from home but he was entirely willing to discount Wraith on two counts, first they were Wraith and secondly they'd been pretty much dead meat before whatever had happened happened. The explaination makes as much sense as anything here does and he doesn't think he's going to get anything else out of the girl who isn't Jennifer when unexpectedly, he's corrected.

He could have got Jennifer's location without answering any questions but the information she wants is harmless and he can see why she's asking. It's a noble gesture, one he can respect. So he tells her. "She turned herself into the Wraith to save lives," Ronon said. "I was fixing that - Wraith would have killed her." He nods back the way he came. "Two dead wraith that way - check if you want."
